Raymond Anchondo Hernandez
Founder
Since he was five years old, Raymond was raised by his grandparents to have a strong work ethic so he could have success later in life. He would cultivate it every day by feeding and cleaning the pens of cows, pigs, sheep, and chickens at his ranch in Mexico before heading off to school. By the time he was 15 years old, Raymond was ready to start his path to success by working side by side with his dad at the latter’s landscaping company in Maui, California. During this time, Raymond learned about landscape upkeep that first rate clients were looking for to maintain their property, such as stripping the grass and creating whimsical designs out of evergreens. Yet he never imagined opening his own company years later, getting to see every client love his amazing final results. Since starting West Texas Property Solutions with co-founder Stephanie, Raymond has done landscaping, deep cleaning, and porter services in the El Paso area.
Stephanie Archuleta
Founder
As a little girl, Stephanie’s love for landscaping started when watching her grandmothers gardening, appreciating how beautiful their garden became by taking care of the flowers. Years later, when her parents needed outdoor work for their new house, that love came back by driving Stephanie to learn from the landscaper she hired, including how he provided the fantastic results for her family’s house. Since then, maintenance has become a vital part of her work ethic, shaping her into the entrepreneur she is today.
Later, Stephanie recognized that the cleaning industry was where her love for organization could become a successful and fulfilling career. One of her first jobs was cleaning for her father before moving on to work with the Maid Coach herself, Debbie Sardone. Stephanie soon met co-founder Raymond Anchondo Hernandez, who shared her strong work ethic and passion for cleaning and landscaping. Together, they opened West Texas Property Solutions and have been helping clients across El Paso since.
